Grimoire unlock issues (glitched)
A number of cards aren't showing up that I'm certain I've found/completed/unlocked:
-Guardian Abilities
-Motes Of Light
-Mercury
-Venus
-Moon
-Mars
-Ghost Fragment: Meridian Bay
-Combined Arms
Additionally, these appear to be glitched (they've never shown up, despite trying to use a different character and/or attempting to find them during story missions vs. patrols):
-Ghost Fragment: Legends 2
Is there any way to either a) unlock the cards within my account that I've obtained, or b) respawn the dead ghosts in-game so I can collect them again? And for the glitched one (Legends 2), is there any plans to fix that in a future update?

Same here, wish they would update them next time.

With the most recent update it looks like the dead ghosts have been fixed, at least they were for me. However the missing cards above are still AWOL. I see a notice that they are updating the database let's hope that fixes these cards as well.

Bungie are aware that some of the cards are not behaving as they should, these threads mention the same cards. I believe that the issue has been passed on to the engineers or at the very least is being looked at. I am not aware of anything to do with the glitched ghosts. I know that they are, but i do not know if the issue has been investigated yet.
