Cmdr Santa, I don't think this was a part of pinwheel. The more I think of it, the more I am sure that I have seen it as well. I am associating it with the old Tex Avery cartoons. Back when he was competing with Disney for that genre of cartoon. His stuff would be eventually the Woody Woodpecker/Droopy cartoons. Anyways, I remember a small child, a toddler in a blue jumper with red trim. He was in a small child's bed. He had was blond with a little upflick on the front of his hair. His head was very large. The animation wasn't like Alfie, it was clean. The walls were white, but when it got dark turned blue, and there was a yellow window outline signifying light from outside. The "Clockman" looked like a cross between madhatter, and father-time. He took the boy on a tour of dreamland, with the dreams turning more and more scary as he went. Eventually the boy became scared and laid on his belly and covered his eyes. When he uncovered them he was waking in his bed. Is this what you are thinking about? [Edited on 01.13.2012 10:00 PM PST]
