Halo 3 Theme on Piano - Never Forget [video]
Hey guys, I made this a little while ago and wanted to share it with the Halo community. I'm a huge fan of Halo and a huge fan of Halo's music. I have all three soundtracks including the Halo CE music outtakes and I listen to them on a regular basis. Anyway enough about my love for the Halo music...
This is my own rendition of a song from Halo 3 called Never Forget, you can hear it in the title screen of the game. My friend figured this out my ear and showed me how to play it, I never took piano lessons and can only attest to being able to play one other song, but I love Halo and really wanted to learn how to play this. So I practiced for a while and ended up with the video you are about to see. Please enjoy, and don't be too harsh, I know the fingering looks weird, that is because I don't play!

spot on. Gave me that halo feeling, similar to that friday feeling, wait its friday... no but really very very good i wish i could do that, lol can u imagine playing that in a resturant. Sorry guys, I don't read sheet music and definitely can't write it. However there is some of Marty's hand written sheet music at the Halo 3 soundtrack page. Go to [url]http://www.halo3ost.com[/url], then go to Extras once the site loads. Then click "view and download actual score". If you click the "download button which will bring you up a PFD which you can save print, or do whatever you like with. Also notice that when you move your mouse cursor over the top right corner of the right page, the corner folds down, you can click and drag to turn the page. Halo Idea Man, you're talking about [I]Finish the Fight[/I], I presume? That is, the music that played during the E3 2006 Announcement trailer. I love that song, too. That is very, very good. I like it, but it just doesn't sound the same as it does on the soundtrack. Although, that said, I believe Marty and Michael used something like a sixty -piece orchestra and a twenty-four voice choir to produce the music. Not to mention that you're up against Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori, whose music I have always loved. But still, great job. I can't play any instruments, apart from the Kazoo, that is. Which is like saying someone sucks at Team BRs but is good at Rockets. ^_^

Can you play the acttual theme? From the annoncment trailer? That still gives me gooose bumps, I'm still waiting for that game... I understand if you can't but try to figur it out so I can play it : )

Apologies for the low quality audio, it was the best I could do with a camera that is mainly meant for pictures. If I ever get a decent mic though I'll record with better quality.
