You're gonna keep ruining this -blam!-ing game. every weapon that comes out you're gonna scream op. til pve is -blam!-ing nerfed to shit. HONESTLY. I know you people want balance. but constantly -blam!-ing nerfing shit is only going to accomplish one thing. Ruining the pve aspect of this game. The simpliest -blam!-ing solution to the PVE weapons being OP in pvp is this. THIS THIS! "All weapons obtained in pve do 50% less damage to guardians" Thats the only code all pve weapons need. that way EVERYONE is forced to use pvp weapons instead! Edit below: Decided to edit some because some people think this is such a horrible idea. or it would take to long. and add some extras in. First of all!!! They could make it easier to get ranks for pvp weapons. Its actually quite easy to do. Rank1. pvp weapons. (Think it takes 350 rank points) rank 2. pvp gear. They could also lower the price of marks for the weapons. To Clairify! No ranks would be reset. They would add pvp weapons to rank 1. instead of rank 2. They would decrease the amount of rank points needed to reach rank 1. THAT would just make it FASTER and easier to obtain rank 1. where the pvp weapons would be. So its not a full on grind fest. just to be able to pvp. I know there is an issue with level 1-19 pvp. I havent thought of a solution for this problem. although I did post it in another fix thread that never got any attention. Unless of course they add a pvp vendor. with level 1-19 weapons. with balanced stats. Edit 2: Hell they could even change the pvp weapons to cost x amount of glimmer instead of marks as well. make a reason to have glimmer. But they would have to take away the ascandant energy you get from dismantling the pvp weapons. so there isnt abuse. Edit3: Considering the code would be fairly easy to write. and has been done in several games before. they would write the scripting code to decrease value of pve weapons used on guardians to do x amount of damage less than a pvp weapon. thus not affecting pve. but balancing pvp. THEN they would apply said code to all current ingame weapons obtained through pve. which would take around 3-4 days. considering the amount of weapons. They could put it as a "perk" at the beginning of the weapons. just like the damage type. so its not changable.
