So, let me get this straight. We address some non issues in this hot fix, yet the biggest issue of the raid is not even mentioned. Warlocks aoe grenades pushing both the Templar and Atheon off the map....
For the love of all things holy Bungie! Are we to assume these are legitimate ways to beat the raid? The sniper platforms on the Templar was hardly in need of a change. A month straight of raiding and it's never been mentioned. The real issue is the exploiting of the bosses to push them off the map.
As an adult I am disappointed in your lack of response. A simple, "we are working on it," would suffice. I love to raid in this game, however it's hard to find a group that is more interested in doing it the regular way than by cheesing the fights. Maybe doing something about it would work. Hotfix the damnable raid exploits.

1 ReplyMaybe it takes them more than a week to find a fix. It seems to me they don't knee jerk nerd and take 2-3 weeks to fix things. Take the auto rifles as an example

seriously... if you want to fix a game so there is only 1 way of doing things and players that think outside the box are criticised and beraided go play super mario brothers, who cares if not everyone does the same thing on a friggin video game for gods sake
-
2 RepliesWhat exactly are the best ways to fix something like that though? The only options I can think of are: 1) bosses no longer try to escape DoT fields 2) bosses are teleported back to the center of the arena if they fall 3) there's a fall-barrier on the edge that only applies to enemies I have no idea how difficult these or similar solutions would be, but I'm sure that throwing some kill-zones on the sniper perches is easier, more immediate, and almost as necessary.

4 RepliesBecause cod isn't released yet, have to keep those spoiled asshole cry babies happy until it does....THEN maybe they'll actually fix this train wreck of a game.
-
2 RepliesBecause now, Templar fight is hard.
-
2 RepliesBecause Bungie is too worried about Pocket Infinity having an extended clip. God forbid a fusion rifle holds five more rounds

1 ReplyEdited by Precursor Steel: 10/14/2014 1:45:53 AMcalm your tits man. this is just a hotfix. Bungie has already said that the fixes announced today arent the only fixes coming to the VoG.

They fixed the Templar platform I think
-
3 RepliesThe Templar was addressed; the nerf to the mythiclast was needed because people were abusing the raid save system to obtain the gun. Now they have less of an incentive

1 ReplyWould have rather preferred Bungie to fix this exploit, than nerfing the reward from it.

I think they want us to stop playing the game
