Purchased Exotic Helm Engram from Xûr, Motes gone but NO Item
This is being posted for my buddy who is quite computer illiterate.
His PSN: Stoopkid79
He just purchased an exotic helm engram on his hunter, the motes were spent and the emblem appeared on the side of his screen showing that he received the item, but it is no where in his inventory.
Motes spent, engram not there.
Hes not sure who to talk to or how to get in touch with the right people(if there is even any help to be had).
Anyone else have this issue, or know how to trigger the engram to appear in his inventory? We have tried going to orbit and back, no luck.
He has more coins to spend on the exotic sniper but he is holding off until we can figure out why his engram never got to him.

Have your friend begin a recording and purchase the sniper then open his inventory as for proof of purchasing sniper. If this claim is legit hope you fix it!

OMG MY EXOTIC ENGRAM GAVE ME TITAN ARMOR BUT IM A LOCK BUNGIE HALP PLEASE THE GAME IS BROKEN Bungie insta replies to the rescue in those threads. Post a real problem that occurred in game with no explanation for it, a legitimate bug, and you get radio silence. If y'all wanna start some mmorpg type shit for 10 years with millions of players, you better get a phone line and some real support staff or something because your help forum is an absolute trash system. Even a ticket system so you are guaranteed a response eventually is infinitely better than this. Good luck and thank you for reading our problem and making the CHOICE not to respond to us.
