I main with hand cannon in PvE, the gun I've killed most with is dead orbit's hand cannon. It's easy to focus every shot with precision kills and generally is a 1 shot kill for me. Quick and easy. When I use AR's, it feels more like a suppression weapon. You'll need high stability or else you're spraying all around your target, and I find myself draining the clip to get a kill. Back in alpha and beta I did not like the hand cannon because it lacked power, bad, so I mained scout rifles, but then they got a damage boost in final release and quickly became a favorite weapon. There's my 2 cents. Anyways, for AR's I prefer a high stability with high fire rate vs impact. I loved the Silvered Hushwind D and has been the AR I mostly used until I finally got a legendary AR with very similar specs, Shadow Price.

Really the Shadow Price, Grim Citizen, and Vanquisher are basically the same thing. Just a few changes in values. I notice no difference in my Citizen vs my Shadow Price.

7 RepliesI'm surprised so many picked Shadow Price. Given the vendor sold one doesn't even come with stability upgrades. To me the Vanquisher VII is the best possible legendary auto-rifle you can buy from the vendors. If you ever got a lucky Shadow Price with good mods then I would say Shadow Price > Vanquisher VII.

2 RepliesFor a while I have been thinking that Shadow price is the best legendary rifle in the game since everyone has it. I'm pretty close to buying it but after seeing the stats I think I might go with vanquisher due to the stability upgrade (yes I'm buying them from the vendors as my RNG has not been kind to me. Any advice?)

I voted shadow price because it has good stats all the way around. I found one that reduces my grenade cool down and reloads faster after each kill. Also it has little to no recoil.

I chose Grim Citizen but I only have that and Shadow Price of the listed options. Not sure why but I seem to do better with the Grim Citizen.

I only have the Vanquisher due to it being the best faction gun available (vanguard rank is still at 1 since faction rank is quicker to level). I love it. Sure it has a small mag, but it HA a fast reload and the option between unmatched auto range or on par stability with others like Epilogue but with waaay more impact.

Atheons epilogue is amazing maxed out really good ones the stability is high, I don't really like it In pvp at first because of its low impact and shit stability, but it gets better over time I also love my grim citizen no real reason besides awesome scope and its good in pvp never really use it in Pve never used to others so my opinion is void

I despise doctor nope and vanquisher is OK but for the best I'd have to say Aetheon's epilogue for PvE and Shadow Price is close for PvE but outshines it in PvP
