Really? Ice Breaker to buy on Xur?
Why don't you just give everyone every weapon directly...
First Suros on Xur, now Ice Breaker... Stop giving out the best weapons in the game, so every little dirty 12 yo has everything without work...

19 RepliesThis game had the most potential to be the best game ever created. Now after playing to this point I've finally given up hope. There is no point to attack power 300 or even high defense. There is no point to the iron banner because its just regular control with a fancy name. I busted my ass, grinding and farming and got the icebreaker on a drop non guaranteed. Now the designers hand it out to the world for 17 strange coins (a weekly heroic and a few engrams) and completely shit on my hard work and struggle. Exotics the "best weapons" in the game handed out like -blam!-ing candy every Friday. I have now sold my copy and will never buy anything bungie and Activision make together. This game is utter -blam!-ing trash.

1 ReplyI kind of agree but without so much hate. No strange coins aren't hard to get don't pretend like they are haha, before xur arrived I had 90 of them lol. But I still don't think he should be selling exotic weapons. It's easier to get enough strange coins in a week then it is to get vanguard or crucible marks considering it takes 150 marks to buy a weapon and you can only get 100 a week. Exotics should be the most difficult to aquire that's why they're named so. Selling them through a merchant makes them fairly common. Sure continue to sell them by all means but drop them down to legendary, or even rare. Think of the name "Exotic" and "Legendary" should 90% of the community have every item with that brand? I don't think so. I don't agree that I should have them all but I almost do lol. It really doesn't ruin my game play experience so much as bother my OCD lol. Well maybe it does ruin the crucible a little, first the 2 or 3 shot suros and now the infinite ammo edge of the map sniper... oh well lol I'll just stick with the PvE aspect of the game. Oh and I just went 3 games in a row in iron banner with 19-0 kd with my level 6 haha if you want to complain about something I just gave it to you :D.. Happy hunting.

Everyone complains about RNG. It's too random they all said. Xur is a the only way for guaranteed exotics, and then you complain about Xur. Wow.

1 ReplyThis tends to help people who are university age and up, not 12yo. I can't game like I did when I was 12. That's why when I'm in an FPS I try to tell the older people to let the young guns in, as long as they're good kids they get wicked gear and have way more time to learn movement patterns, map quirks etc.

Oh wait strange coins come from those too. Therefore to have enough strange coins to buy a weapon, they need to actually have just as much, if not more, LUCK than you or more skill. I'm going with skill
