I tell you, it is a real pain in the arse getting the Ascendant Materials I need to upgrade my Legendary & Exotic gear. Public Events and Daily Heroic Story aren't enough... so I came up with a better idea on how we could get them. Right now, there are only two uses for Motes of Light; either buy pretty decorations from your character from the Speaker, or gamble on Exotic engrams with Xur. But what if we could buy Ascendant Materials with Motes of Light? The way I imagined it was that you talk to the Speaker, and exchange [b]5 Mote of Light[/b] for either [b]2 Ascendant Energy[/b] or [b]2 Ascendant Shard.[/b] Simple enough. What do you think?
