How do I get it to show my guardian instead of the silhouette?

Edited by b3n: 10/9/2014 3:31:02 PMMake sure you're on wifi. In the settings there is an option to disallow download of the 3D character images while using carrier data plans. If you're using your phones data plan, for example, and that option is turned off, than your guardian won't show up as you are expecting.

8 RepliesI got it to show up when I selected a guardian and then went back to the original screen. Not sure if that works for everyone. Otherwise, I would swipe to the "tap to refresh" page and using that.
