BUNGIE I know how you could fix blade dancer

damage should not be reduced because When I see Titan activate fist of havoc or a warlock use nova bomb I expect death same as blade dancer.I think they should get three kill max like golden gun or make their time run out faster so they can't kill the whole team in one go that seems like the most reasonable way to fix it to me without completely screwing over hunters. Keep in mind I don't mind blade dancer I'm just trying to ask bungie not to completely ruin a super because of children crying about being killed by it Calm down to those of you who think I'm whining about blade dancer, I think blade dancer is every bit as powerful as it should be I just think if anything will be tampered with it should be how long it lasts not the damage it causes, I wanna see you other guys try to kill an enemy as they're unloading magazines into your skull while you're activating your super and then losing the super all together or run up to a guy while he and his team mates are just opening fire on you

  • Titan I expect to negate damage during it. Warlock I expect to take a bit less damage. But bladedancer is not only super powerful, but it's super-fast, so not only are they hard to hit but they take reduced damage to the point where a sticky grenade to their face only takes out half their health, they 1hk and are super fast they should at least be able to be taken out by normal damage.

    • The auto aim. Fix that. That's all. Make it so your curser needs to be on (or very near) your target. You the player actually needs to aim to kill, not go into a room and spam the R1 button and think he is top shit.

      • The real reason blade dancer is so strong isn't so much the armour buff, but the fact Destiny is soooooooo -blam!-ing laggy that it makes hitting the blade dancer at close range almost impossible since they are basically teleporting. For a $500 million game, the servers are complete and utter trash. The only thing I played with worse broken pvp in recent memory was Battlefield4.

        • The reason we have a damage reduction is because we are up close and personal. Without it we would be useless in PvE.

            If we're complaining about supers that are too overpowered, how about the Nova Bomb and Fist of Havoc blast radius? Why is it when I jump to the very highest height of given character, my toes are somehow still caught in the blast radius and said super continues to eviscerate everything in its general vicinity? I accept it, because I don't suck in PvP, but it is awfully annoying that the vast majority of deaths were caused by a super (most of those times being panic spams). You can almost always kill someone who is using or is about to use a super, maybe not as easily as everyone seems they're hoping it would be, but it is possible. You just have to be good at this game.

            • Golden gun doesn't need a time reduction it only last around 10 seconds anyway and only 3 shot without that helmet (i cant remember its name) and don't get any damage resistance while in super so its pretty balanced. Blade dancer does need one for arc blade when using normal melee it doesn't penalize your time like the R spec does not saying it should as much but at least half of it so when someone is in Arc blade they don't just spam melee

            • just use your super, even one golden gun shot kills them -_- you just need to be smart enough to use it at the right time.

            • Then same with fist of Havok and ward of dawn And then do the same with warlock Titan: fist of Havok should only be able to kill three people if four people are grouped FoH should only be able to kill 3 people so one random person should die by it. Warlock: radiance should only be able to revive and only kill three people. Ps: two warlocks duo a raid by using revive is thats not OP then blade dancer must be really terrible.

                  • 100% honest I typically can 1v1 a blade dancer a kill them however the also kill me. It's as simple as a shotgun to the face followed by a knife to the face. Postmortem.

                      • To all who complains about blade dancer. Try playing one in PVP and PVE, you will get why it's not OP compare to titan or warlock. It isn't that easy to use compare to the other 2 classes that just unleash and walk off.

                          • My only problem with having it nerfed is that it will then likely be completely useless in PVE. As it is its the worst PVE subclass in the game IMO, so even having the time limit reduced potentially makes it entirely useless where as now it does have some uses. For example its quite useful for disappearing and running away if you get surrounded but if the time is reduced then it might not even be useful for that.

                            • Blade dancers aren't OP by power its just a more strategic super it last long and has a 1-2 hit kill and is crazy fast (as long as you catch your enemy off guard you can kill a whole team) I think that the activation time for blade dancer is fine but it could use a range decrease
