You're wrong. Iron Banner does make a difference but not to the extend so your level 30 Guardian will be carried only by gear and level difference. Which is good because I want low levels to have a fighting chance.

That's what BALANCED PvP is for. The Crucible. The Iron Banner exists EXPLICITLY for the purpose of power counting, you just don't understand that there are *supposed* to be two separate game modes, but they are actually exactly the same. Low levels are NOT supposed to have a fighting chance at all in the Iron Banner. That's what the Crucible is for. Do you understand?

You don't get it. There is a difference big enough to give you an edge. Bad players will remain bad players though. No matter what level or gear.
