Not necessary, I'm colorblind and its simple. All fallen and hive are ARC, with the exception of shielded shanks and wizards. Minitours are void, cabal are solar. Easy to remember, I've never had a problem once I learned this which took all of 2 mins.

Then I guess you memorize which psion is which on the psion strike?

Never cared to much, with 3 people attacking it shields break in a matter of econds and element doesn't matter after shield break, but I used to remember the names and which element correspond to it

They are speaking of the Psion Flayer bosses on the strike. Not the regular Psion's you encounter.

My comment wasn't in response to the comment about the strike. I was just pointing out that not all cabal have solar shields.
