I got rid of the canary error i started receiving Sunday. I went to portforward.com and on the left side i clicked on how to port forward for a xbox one (there's one for 360, ps4 and ps3). After that they ask for your router and then the model and version. After that they take you threw a step by step process on how to open your ports. Not really hard for me and idk s*#% about opening ports. Hope this helps if you need any more help just ask.
