How about a little hotfixing to combat balance

Seriously, Pvp is very broken right now. It seems that if you do not have an auto rifle as your primary, Shotgun as your special, or are a Titan/Warlock, your chances in PvP are dismal at best. Taking a look just at the primary weapons from the crucible vendors: All primary weapons sit at the same cap for base damage. Now if your taking something like Pulse Rifles and Scout Rifles into the equation they are severely underpowered because they are 1-3 shot bursts whereas the auto rifles are a continuous stream of bullets. I would suggest giving automatic rifles a nerf to their base damage, scout rifles a buff, and keep pulse rifles and hand cannons where they are. Shotguns themselves need to be nerfed a bit because they can be fired from the hip which does not get a large hit to their accuracy when they are fired upon, Whereas focus rifles and sniper rifles have a very large problem with this. Also the rate at which you can fire your weapon vs a charging person with a shotgun is very bad, and your practically dead meat. Sniper rifles can take upwards of 2-3 shots unless its a headshot, fusion rifles are usually 1-2, and shotguns are 1 shot only even though its close range. I would suggest a nerf in damage to shotguns and maybe a .5 second additional time between charging and firing opportunities to balance this out. Meanwhile, im not sure which one of these classes has it (i really only play a hunter class) but the bubble shield base ability is far too overpowered especially in the PvP game mode Control. Not only do they get an impenetrable barrier against ranged abilities, but they have an increased shield while in their bubble. Making a shotgun/bubble combo increasingly OP. Not only that but they can place this ability on objectives and be able to cap with without having to worry about too much. This seriously needs to be balanced, I would suggest nerfing all super abilities to not be able to be used while in the vicinity of objectives, if there is not one then putting a health bar on that shield to take perhaps a full round of auto rifle ammo or a little more than a rocket launcher hit, and if you give them a shield or a regenerative ability then make it a 1 time shield that does not regenerate or a small regenerative buff. I like to PvP, i did it in Halo, in WoW, ESO and other games but this is just far to unbalanced to be fun. and i really dont want to go a conformist rule.
