genocide is the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group.i dont think the vex fall into any of these.now on the other side i belive what the vex are doing is genocide.

Well ues it is however we also destroyed their group. They also probably have some kind of culture even if it is centered around being evil. At the end of the day they are merely generic villains no motivation beyond "because evil" just some food for thought.
