The raid is supposedly a level 26 mission, yet the enemies are level 28 and can 1 shot kill you at level 26, the mission should be all level 26 enemies or less in order to balance it, otherwise it is pointless, seeing as the only people who can do it are level 28 and up, c'mon Bungie, you were one of my favourite companies, Destiny is such a broken and unfinished game and yet you make things like the vault of glass even harder than they already were, so what if a level 30 can speed run it, its for level 26s and should have stayed that way.

Solution play it at a higher level, it's not difficult at all as a 27
-
Said no one ever
-
Yeh it took my fire team like 2 hours just for the final boss
-
It's all about learning how it works. Once you get a team that knows what they're doing, you can know it out in a little over an hour.
-
First time took 15 hours. Second time only took 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you have the right guns and the right people, nothing is too difficult. Learn from your mistakes and stop whining.
-
Just because you are having a hard time doesn't mean it's difficult. I know plenty of people that completed VoG in the 26 level range. I was 27 when I did it the first time, wasn't that hard.
-
It only meant that level 26 is the doable limit. Bungie previously stated that level 26 is the minimum recommended level to venture in with. It's still doable with lvl 25 guys and so on, just makes it very rough for them rest of the team to pick up the damage drop off that that guy is suffering from.
-
An fps that finally provides a challenge - it's refreshing. If you cant do it, don't try.
-
It is meant to be difficult at level 26/27. A group of 27-28s who never made it past the Templar invited me to join them out of the blue. Most of our first day was spent trying to get to the last boss. After regrouping and spending a day studying walk through see beat the raid yesterday, and it was awesome! I had all legendary equipment but only rare guns. Strategy always wins out it seems.

Insufficient skills....get some better gear...I was LVL 26 on my first try.....

4 RepliesI assembled a group of randoms at the tower, used the shit out of google, and eventually finished it. It's just getting a rhythm down and executing it. Make sure someone has a beast void fusion rifle too. Hopefully you make it through the vault very soon.
-
1 ReplyIf someone can finish it then its not too difficult. Get better gear. I'm 27 and feel I don't have good enough gear yet.
-
I finished the raid at lvl 26 with the highest person in raid being lvl 27. Quit whining and start learning to play. Too much is being nerfed because of noobs whining about everything.
-
2 RepliesI think the normal raid is easy. I pug it every week and we usually finish it in less than 2 hours
-
2 RepliesIn other words, you're awful
-
1 ReplyBungie's words, "If a raid starts at level 26, thanks not where it's gonna end." It's meant to be the ultimate test.

3 RepliesEdited by Butt66.cool: 10/4/2014 6:56:35 PMDood! I think you need to get a new gun with more impact or at least fully upgrade it. But don't complain about how hard the raid is. Join a clan, they are always running raids. You'll find good players. I finished the raid at level 27 and I had all legendary gear and two exotics and I died a butt load amount. But it was hella fun. Learning the tricks and tactics were a challenge and were really worth it.

Edited by Krynn007: 10/4/2014 7:00:00 PMRaid is fine the way it is. The world and bungie does not revolve around you and your friends. Seems a lot including myself have no troubles completing the raid. Having a tantrum on the message boards is not going to change anything, except make you look childish. Maybe your parents shouldn't have let their kids play so much damn video games. Beating all those games you've listed means nothing Battlefield and cod, anyone can beat if you have the time to sink in. Maybe you should get out more? You think because you can beat all those games you listed that your supposed to be some pro at gaming? Get real kid Maybe your just not good at this game
-
Challenging yes. Too hard? No.
-
5 RepliesIt's been done by people who were lvl 26 though...
-
5 RepliesIt's not too hard it's built for good players and should be challenging
-
4 RepliesThe raid is intended to be exceptionally difficult. If the enemies weren't enhanced then running with 6 people would be a cinch. The raid is intended to challenge you and your teammates. You have to work together, have a plan of attack and execute with precision or you're going to lose. If the raid did not operate like this then it would just be another strike.
-
4 RepliesYour being a little puss about it ive beat it now 3 times.. its not hard im 27 beat it when I was 25 26 it really isnt hard look at guides.. I hate people like you that make bungie nerf everything cause you cant do it..
-
Edited by Shaxx: 10/4/2014 5:25:09 PMagreed i had a team of 3 lvl 27s a 29 and 2 28 and we all ended up dying before the boss died which ended up no one got shit for 6 hours of grinding that game mode.
-
2 RepliesNo thanks, most of us buy games for a challenge. But for you, I suggest you pick up a game that's more your style. My girlfriend says Kim Kardashian: Hollywood would be perfect for you, go check it out!

7 RepliesLrn2raid. If you are sucking at the raid you just have a horrible team that doesnt know how to properly do the raid. The raid is super easy when everyone knows what they are doing.
