Do exotic bounties depend on vanguard rank ?
Just wondering since I've been doing almost every bounty every day since launch and never received an exotic bounty.
Recently I decided to start leveling up my vanguard since I have 200 marks I can't spend (been with fwc since the start). Then today, the first bounty I turn in after I reach vanguard rank 2 gives me an exotic bounty.
Since it's called a vanguard mentor missive could it have something to do with your vanguard rank ?
Has anyone received an exotic bounty before reaching vanguard rank 2 ?

4 RepliesIt's random. I used to be so bummed because I could never get a exotic bounty. Then one day I didnt even think about it (2 days ago) and I got an exotic bounty. What are the odds. I turned in a random bounty and did not lvl up anything special. It's random to what I have seen. Good luck

Im level 29 do tons of bounties have a decent rank in crucible and vanguard and have never gotten an exotic bounty so who knows

3 RepliesI got one about midway through vanguard level 2. I'm assuming you have to complete a set amount of bounties to get it. Or maybe it's random?
