I already completed the raid on normal, will i still get rewards for doing it on hard now?

yes sir , if you do hard first you get double rewards if you complete normal just regular rewards, also helmet and vexx mythoclast is exclusive to hard mode

So, chests don't give loot but like when you beat the Templar you will get stuff?

You can't get loot from both. My team tried today. Every loot chest was empty for all of us.

there is only 1 of the 4 chests that will give you loot but you can still get the full rewards on hard unless you already did it
