Having issues with my Vanguard Rep.... Please help!!
Okay so last night I went to the vanguard master to see how much rep I needed to get to Rank 2. I had 1724/2000 to get rank 2 with the Vanguard... I did some Patrols and Strikes then went to bed. Logged on this morning and did my Vanguard bounties followed by some more strikes. I figured at this point I should have plenty of rep to be rank 2. So I journey to the Vanguard master and my rep remains to be 1724/2000..... Im not sure what exactly is going on but really need help guys. My rep has not moved a single point and I have did more than enough to be Rank 2 and a little over. Please Help.

Looking at your character, I see that you have a Dead Orbit class item equipped. If you have a faction class item equipped, all reputation gained from Vanguard or Crucible sources will instead be redirected to the faction whose class item you have equipped. To start gaining Vanguard reputation again, simply equip a non-faction class item.
