Your strat is legit. I respect that. My group beat hardmode by positioning people out on the platforms. Two up near the initial spawn. Two left. Two right. It kept the add aggro off us while we focused on keeping them off the confluxes. The positioning also allowed us to check all Oracle spawns during Phase 2. During the actual Templar fight, you can congregate on the far left platform. Ignore the Oracles and use well timed cleanses from the shield to keep yourself alive. You usually hit the enrage timer, but it doesn't matter since the Minotaurs can't get to you. I don't have the video of that fight but here's a video of our final Aethon strat.
