NEW Intrusion Ghost Shell
In the following days Guardians have been glitching into Kings Watch the "dlc content" that Deej claims these areas of the games simply aren't done. However following the Bungie AMA on Reddit this has popped up. Players have been getting into Kings watch. A area Bungie cut from the final game later to resell it as DLC. In Kings Watch players have been picking up a new ghost called Intrusion ghost shell. This player has it here: http://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/2/4611686018434162802/2305843009217239739 it doesn't stop there Bungie is Banning people who glitch into these areas, that have already been done prior to release and stripped from the final game that you paid for. Well there you have it further proof Bungie has cut Content from the actual release of Destiny to sell for DLC and is banning players who venture into these areas and picking up the new ghost shell.
Like many of you im very upset with Bungie that not only did Bungie Advertise a lot features that weren't in the final game. They have also stripped content that was already done prior to release to sell as DLC.
We the community have a voice let it be heard.
This is inexcusable, what is your opinion?
EDIT 1: I did a lot of Research on this and the guy modded his game to get the intrusion Ghost shell however people who bought the GHOST EDITION of Destiny got the Intrusion ghost shell legitly!

1 ReplyMy opinion is that these treads are getting tiring, the levels obviously aren't done yet and even if they are, you don't have to buy the DLC. Bungie sold game, bungie has the right to charge for more content, you have the right whether to choose to buy it. I don't agree with the bans, but obviously if they are banning people, It would be smart not to do it.

I never new about this. My friend was showing me this place. He told me to pick the ghosts up. I didn't get the intrusion shell I only got grimoire cards. I didn't know that you could get banned. But banning people is way to strict, you could just take the shell off them

My opinion? Well for one, the post pointing out an inventory trick was used to get it and it had nothing to do with bugging through walls for it or collecting ghosts. That was disproven as the method of acquisition as well. Nice topic necro through, dig up something people forgot about to get interweb points.

I think that these in game dlc areas are more akin to a frame and foundation. We happen to be treating it like an office missing a handful of chairs.

These areas are blatantly not finished. And I'll bet you any amount of money that the actual DLC won't have an enemy named 'Ultra Captain'. They're just placeholders.

Yeah you can kill the ultra captain there. Its funny how they cut it just for DLC. Activision is taking over and we gamers are taking the fall for it.

4 RepliesDon't know if anyone else has found this yet or not, but when I was getting ghosts, I went for the one that's in the first room you get teleported into from mars when doing the black garden mission that's on the right statues head, and as I was falling back to the ground I noticed a hole in the wall. I jumped back up to the hole and you can literally just walk (crouched) right out of the map. So I decided to go explore and eventually after getting to the far end of where I could go there's a big opening to reenter another part of the map. I went inside and then it loaded something for a bit and the hole got closed off behind me and I couldn't get back out. Its basically just another hallway that seems almost identical to the one you go through on your way to the first larger area in the black garden mission where the cyclops is. Its nothing great to see, but interestingly its called tharsis junction, which is the name of the subway mission area on mars, and while you're on top of the map the black garden and all the rest of that mission area isn't there, just the two hallways connected together end to end.

been there, no ban, not finished content, no ghost shell, nothing of note's locked, what's this thread about? in short, if you glitch into jovian or kings watch, you get grand tour of an area of the game that currently cannot be accessed due to not being finished. what did you expect to happen, it's locked for a reason.

Putting empty maps to populate later does not constitute cutting stuff to sell as DLC...

You didn't buy the game. You bought a license to play the game as Bungie present it. 3. The AMA is almost certainly nonsense, no proof was every provided. All the AMA did was repeat all the conspiracies all the ragers on here wanted to hear. 4. They didn't advertise a lot of features that weren't in the final game. Most of it is there, though in some cases in a different guise. Pretty much everything they "advertised" or talked about has been taken wildly out of context, again by those same ragers. 5. Has anyone actually proved that they've been banned for glitching in there? I remember one thread in here about it but that was populated by the forum's most visible trolls.
