Last night I redeemed my code for the Blacksmith Armor Shader. I have yet to receive it in-game even though the code was successfully redeemed and I am already over LVL20. The NPC Tess Everis simply does not have it. I contacted Xbox live and they said the code shows as accepted and redeemed. Xbox support suggests that I contact Bungie Support. Any thoughts? Can you force it through for me? Do I have to hit 20 again on another toon?

Same thing happened to me but on the PS4. Decided to give Sony's online customer support a try. They told me to log off then log in and restore my licences. It worked and now I have my armour. Not sure if Xbox has such a thing, but thought it might help.
