I like it, but they would probably need to make an entire expansion pack in order for a guirdian to become a dark guirdian and make sence and fit with the story.
This would be alot of GB, but if Bungie can pull it off, I think it would worth it.

What I mean by having it as an expansion pack, I mean that it would be a mission like in skyrim's DLC, when you had to choose between a vampire lord, or a vampire hunter. And in this case you could still be a guirdian, or a dark one. And I would also like it if your current guirdian could do this mission, because me and most of the players would not want to delete a guirdian just to play as a dark guirdian.
