what did you do after learning about disk locked content?
What did all of you do when you saw the disk locked content. I know everyone was mad but how did you show your frustration
I'm interested in seeing the results!!

I didn't care about non-existent disc-locked content... you mean disc locked markers on a map??? disk locked locales with no enemies or gameplay mechanics??? yeah, I'm fine without that.

Many games I have played have disk locked content. Companies know how to milk ya. It has been working for them and they will keep doing it. I personally hate when I buy a DLC and see that it is a few gb, just unlocking what is on disk. You know it was always on the disk. What is even worse is if you know what content is on the disk, and they never let you have access to it for some reason. Gears of War I'm looking at you!!!!

None of the above. Was Destiny EVERYTHING that was promised? Well... sort of. I realize the last minute game edits and cuts were the results of an unplanned Bungie regime change and the relentless pressure from Activision to meet release deadlines and profit margins. One thing I learned as a leading supervisor was to NEVER promise your people or your customers anything until your in a position to deliver it... The biggest mistake they made was in the pre-launch interviews and promotions. They should have remained tight lipped about the scope and ambition of the project... people would have been happier in the end. Am I mad at Bungie... No. But until they can turn out a game without any distractions or interference their penultimate vision will never be fully realized. I'm happy with the "end" result... and, with Bungie's shining record of actually listening to their customers feedback (when it's actually worded with some diplomacy) things will only get better from here.
