Bungie, you got me on day one with the hype. I believed the line about people reviewing too soon causing lower scores. I bought Destiny with high hopes and encouraged my friends to get it as well. My trust was misplaced. Most reviews were fair, and the game did not change when I reached lvl 20 (now 28), it just got drastically slower and less entertaining. It has potential though, so here is my offer. I did not pre-order the DLC. I will not buy it or any further Bungie releases if reviews indicate the story is still absent, the tasks are still mundane/repetitive and the drops are still not rewarding by the New Year. Is it unfair for me to base an ultimatum on your "work in progress"? Perhaps, but no more so than it was unfair for me to pay $60 for unfulfilled promises and an unfinished game presented as a full release.
