By breaching the hard drive and accessing Destiny content, you would be in violation of both the console warranty and most likely the EULA you signed at the start of the game.

  • I said most likely. Knowing its Activision, I wouldn't be surprised if they have a clause in the EULA that says you cannot access the Destiny content. As for the warranty violation, I was wrong. While that was true for a while, when Sony did a 180 at the last minute and gave us the ability to switch out hard drives and upgrade, removing the hard drive was removed from the list of things that would violate the warranty.
