The fact that this 'AMA' pretty much only echoes complaints and theories being written on this forum, "confirming" them all, is a tip off that it's a troll.
Weak hoax. If you are disappointed, there are far more constructive things you can do.

This a million times over, the guy is intelligent, I will give him that. However he is just compiling all of the theories into a story, which seems super convenient for all the people complaining. Everyone is so skeptical of Bungie, yet some guy shows up and says he works for them and they all believe it.
