Who the -blam!- is 343i ? Doesn't bungie still make halo ?

MCC is a known quantity. No mystery in what you are getting. I personally was underwhelmed by Halo 4. I still have not finished the story on it.

Yeah I know, I read the story instead. I just found nothing new or innovative about the game. I do not enjoy PvP in Halo so I just shelved it.

Yeah but that collection is being remastered & if it's out cough cough bungie hands then wouldn't it be better ?

You have a point whelp at least after what destiny is gonna become I'll be officially no fan of bungie & will not give halo a chance still I felt it sucked in bungie hands & if it won't be different at all it'll suck just as much now tired of buying games for the beautiful scenery lol

The halo franchise is owned by Microsoft. 343 industries (343i) was brought in during reach and made the majority of the map packs I believe. When Bungie went independent, Microsoft still owned the franchise so 343i took over as the primary Dev team. There were quite a few Bungie employees who left to stay with Halo. But no, Bungie's last Halo title was Halo: Reach.
