I don't blame Bungie for this game, I blame Activision. They Have CoD.. 20? coming out soon and could have left Destiny to be developted till Bungie was happy with it but instead made them rush to release. The main story writers leaving is evidence that something went wrong in house. Instead of covering up your mistakes, Bungie should except them and create a game that they want. You shipped a short, lacking product that can be fixed. Content Patches (that are free with new missions and gear) and Expansions with new Worlds/Places, story that can explain what is missing (besides grimoire cards), raising the level cap, increase fireteam sizes from 1-3 to 1-6 (at any given time I have 1-4 friends that want to play but 2 always have to be un-included because of limit) also a emote wheel with voiced emotes would be nice (if not prox voice chat) The game is fun, it just needs a lot of help and work.
