You were told about the expansion packs long before the game was released since they included it in all the bundles of the game, so you knew very well that there was more of the story being added to the game. It's your own fault for buying into the over hype of Destiny, especially after the beta we knew what was to be expected of the game.

guess you need to learn how to read, I said the Destiny bundles not the standard edition. make sure you stay in school or if your out of school go back and finish learning how to read.

played reach's beta no story played destinys beta [i]"wow their letting us see this much of the story in just the beta? there must soo so much in rest of the game and this is just the intro the worlds will probably only get bigger and more spectacular"[/i] needless to say i was disappointed to realise that 80% if not more of the story was in the beta i mean who even does that?

you got to play on 1 planet for all of the beta except 1 mission that let you play the moon mission. yet we had Venus, and Mars to play on, so how was there 80% of the story in the beta.

pretty much all of the story after earth is "go here, hold out against these 3 waves" except for the queen and the ending speech spartan ops in halo 4 had more narrative(not lore) than destiny

Its the same on earth as well, the missions are repetitive I agree but they are fun going through them.

most games expand on the beginning such as halo most levels have their own feel to them and are inherently different to on another so its not fair to judge the rest of the game from the 1st 1/4 destiny other than different enemies each mission is is very similar through out the game except the 1st moon mission that has to on pike and crotas sword it is a shame as the core gameplay is just soooo good its like bungie was scared to commit to daring level design because their dont know if somone will be a long distance loadout with scout rifle and sniper or close loadout with assault rifle and shotgun so they played it safe and made the same levels which any loadout could do equally well

if you don't like the game then STFU and go play another game. There only was 10-15% of the story in the beta. You knew about the expansion packs before you bought the game, so stop bitching like a little girl.

Bah, I'm so tired of people blaming our hype. You act as if we made up all of these things in our head we wanted and expected it to be in the game. But infact bungie SHOWED us all these cool interesting things we expected to be in the game. It is not our fault we got hyped on what they said they would give us. And yes, I played the beta myself, and all you hurd was "it's only the beta, wait for the full game... all the features are not shown"

Did you not look at the video. the OP posted, all the things that are missing now from the game but were seen there all said "EXPANSION REQUIRED" and a few of them said "EXPANSION 2 REQUIRED", so how did they mislead you in anyway about what you would get in the game at launch. You were the one to see the videos of the game before any information was released and start hyping the game in your own mind and made the game seem to be more then it really is. I didn't see anything about the game until the beta so I knew exacly what to expect from the game and can enjoy it to the fullest. If you bought into the hype of the game that's your own fault and no one else. If your baing your opinion on what you saw during the alpha and did not pay attention to the fact they told you in the alpha that some missions were expansion missions then gain that' your fault and no one else but you.

same i thought mass effect 3 was bad with day one dlc n that companies would learn not to pull a stunt like that again but seems only thing they learned is to not sell your on disc dlc as launch as its too obvious
