He played against people who didnt even look at him and shoot him. he is a good player and the people he played against sucked.

True but hand cannons have a somewhat slower rate of fire although not too much slower. They also don't have a scope.

But handcannons are easier to aim (target acquisition), and the one I use isn't even an exotic. An exo handcannon will be comparable to this, mark my words.
