The lack of actual information is what upsets me. Saying that you fixed it for a "large number" or even "most" players is absurd, because you've got almost a thousand posts now in that thread from people who are still locked out. What about the thousands more that didn't come here to post? Explain to us what actually happened, why it's taking so long to simply revert to an old backup, and how much longer it is realistically going to take.
