It is insanely powerful (possibly the most powerful gun in the game) but there are a lot of things to consider about it. 1. PvP involves how good your gear is. If your gear isn't as good as the next guy's, then you better get crafty or go find something better to use. 2. What are the chances of you ever actually seeing this gun. If you ever meet someone with this then you should probably take pictures rather than cry and complain. 3. This game isn't finished. Someone might have already reached light level 30 but there are expansions still to come. This means higher levels which means better loot. The way this game is leveled is not by how long you have played the game, its by how powerful you are, so you know that when you see a level 30 he is better than you. If light cap increases, this means better gear that would make this gun a child's toy.
