Maybe they Could "belance" it in pvp adding one more shot to kill someone. This will be fair for me because I thing is one of the more rarest weapons of all the game for now and only a few people will have it. So making this belance in PvP could give the opponent some time of reaction to understand what is happening lol and if they are a group they can kill the guy. Or they could add a downside for using that power that is you lose your white shield . So at the end I think that if you gained so hardly this weapon you have to enjoy it but that I've seen is a little too Much this should only be little belanced in PvP to make the guy that's holding it invincible and adding some chance to react because even the most skilled player shuold watch his back because we all are badass guardians. But in pve this shouldn't be belanced as well as every exotics
