You can literally look at the description of the item in his inventory. It has the same ability I posted. It fires one shot per pull.

It is a automatic gun. It fires continuously while holding the trigger, incase u didn't know what automatic means.

I'm basing what I'm saying off of not only what the data from Destiny provided DestinyDB, but what the actual page you linked me to says itself (the same ability from DestinyDB). If the gun is actually full-auto, that's a bug that needs to be fixed. Edit: Honestly, when he said "it's broken" he actually could have been referring to the fact that the gun isn't working as designed instead of the fact that it's busted in PvP.

He said its full auto. For all purposes, its full auto. designed to be or not, it is. Biased means one-sided, lacking a neutral viewpoint, not having an open mind, blinded by ones own perspective.
