Constant release of content whether we pay for it or not. The content we have is nowhere near what we were told or promised before the games release. The fact is they said we would have something if we got the game. We purchased the game and that something we were promised isn't here. The courts can easily look at that as false advertisement because we tricked into buying something with false promises. I would never sue bungie but from a legal standpoint they can be legitimately taken to court for this issue.
