5 RepliesConsidering not that many will truly beat VoG on hard, this is a worthy prize and should not be nerfed. Shit none of the Exotics should be nerfed, they're supposed to be super powerful or what's the point of making them exotics. Because once this exotic gets nerfed, people like you will go to another one, and another one, and another one. Until this game's multiplayer turns worse and has the same fate as Titanfall.

Honestly, looking at this, I don't think its that op, it is a little bit, but honestly, an ar can beat it, he was playing rumble, and 95% of the people in rumble try to sprint slide shotgun, and most of the people that came after him in the video were doing just that, charging him in the open with shotguns, of course he was going to dominate. Not saying a little tweak on the power wouldn't be justified, but eh. Personally I'm waiting to see how they fix scout rifles.

Let's look at the DPS quickly. Getting the shots to kill and calculating TTK would be better but with the huge power difference here, it doesn't really matter. Example of type. Damage per shot to area. Rate of fire. DPS to body. DPS to head. Vex Mythoclast (Fusion). 45 body/56 head @ 400 RPM 45 * 400 / 60 = 300 56 * 400 / 60 = 373 Shingen-E style (Auto). 16 body/24 head @ 600 RPM 16 * 600 / 60 = 160 24 * 600 / 60 = 240 Galahad-E style (Auto). 22 body/32 head @ 450 RPM 22 * 450 / 60 = 165 32 * 450 / 60 = 240 Acheron SR5 style (Scout). 39 body/58 head @ 180 RPM 39 * 180 / 60 = 117 58 * 180 / 60 = 174 So to those people comparing it to a Scout Rifle. The Vex Mythoclast has over TWICE the DPS. This is a massive difference. The Vex Mythoclast is to a Scout Rifle what a Heavy Machine Gun is to an Auto Rifle in terms of DPS/TTK. Luckily, there won't be many of these out there. Because that is INSANE.
