People actually like using Queens Armor?
why? they suck.
EDIT: I have the chest piece on so I can level it up to test something out.

When you are a newly made 20 something Guardian. You will take anything to up your light. Rares take time to get. Bypassing the slow crawl up to 25, makes them better than some. Until you can get the faction gear you want.
