There's a massive difference between electronic devices worth hundreds of dollars and a $60 video game. I've bought brand new games that I ended up hating immediately. Do you see me threatening lawuits? No, I accept it and move on because its a -blam!-ING VIDEO GAME thats only worth $60. If that amount of money really upsets you, then you're mommy must've bought it for you. Anyways, you'd get laughed out of court even if you did sue them.

Youre an idiot. Im not threatening lawsuits either. Point being there is a fine line between miscommunication and false advertising. For instance if a resaraunt advertises a $8 burger to have cheese on it but you have to pay extra to have cheese added on by law that is false advertising. Lying to customers to make sales regardless of price is ILLEGAL. IT IS A CRIME. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW. Learn your facts before making stupid comments on topics when you know nothing at all.

So what exactly is this "cheese" that they promised yet you have to pay extra for (DLC's)?

Constant release of content whether we pay for it or not. The content we have is nowhere near what we were told or promised before the games release. The fact is they said we would have something if we got the game. We purchased the game and that something we were promised isn't here. The courts can easily look at that as false advertisement because we tricked into buying something with false promises. I would never sue bungie but from a legal standpoint they can be legitimately taken to court for this issue.
