Comparison between Destiny and Warframe?
Maybe this might be unfair comparison of Destiny (especially since Warfarme has been out a lot longer (with extensive beta period compared to Destiny)). Obviously, they are both "MMOs" (if you can call it that), with a Sci-Fi setting.
I was just curious. What are your opinions between Destiny and Warframe (PvP, PvE, etc)? Would you rather play one over the other?

Warframe is 100 times the game destiny is, and made by a tiny team of people. Fan made weapons, warframes and enemies are added to the game. The way they run their company is the total opposite to bugivision

You rarely feel like you've been cheated, there's some direction toward how you can reliably get things (even if you are still at the mercy of the RNG, it's at least a smaller pool), and there are so many increments and variations for power that you can always feel like you're growing. By contrast, once you've hit 28 in Destiny, pretty much anything you pick up is going to look like pointless trash. At least Warframe's cards can be fused into more desirable cards to increase their power. Whereas picking up blue armour in Destiny is somehow actually worth LESS than killing a yellow-nameplate mob in the world. That plasteel is useless and not doing anything. At the end of any warframe match, you will have gained something useful. Resources, mods, cards... Destiny? Nope. Once you've maxed your marks for the week that blue piece of armour you got from a strike isn't of any use whatsoever. They could learn a few things from Warframe.

1 ReplyWarframe has PVP? I thought it was purely PVE. When I first played destiny I thought they are a lot alike but destiny is less confusing, the whole card/fusion core/fuse boost system in Warframe is just atrocious. Characters, missions and maps are a lot alike though Rhino=Titan Loki=warlock Even enemies are alike with all the different factions
