suros regime or chest armor?
Which exotic piece is better? Any suggestions? Thanks.

1 ReplyEdited by Lo Mein Beyond: 9/27/2014 7:52:40 PMBefore buying anything from Xur each week, I always buy the exotic armor engram from him if I have enough motes of light because if it turns out to be a piece of armor I want or one of the pieces featured in his shop then I can save the 13 strange coins and invest it into something else or keep them for later.

As a Titan, I took the chest plate, which I used to replace my old Exotic Helmet. The buffs you get from the Chest are great. More Secondary Ammo, along with Faster Resurrecting of Yourself, and your Partners. Also, seeing as that I have Shadow Price and with that comes [Perfect Balance] which maxes out my Stability, so no need for Suros. I can keep using my Thunderlord :) Best of Luck! Suros is bad ass, but if you don't have any exotic armor right now the exotic chest piece will be a big help to your light and can have awesome effects. The gun is nice but every purple gun or higher does the same damage and it's perks aren't to incredible to offset the fact it does the same damage as a level 20 purple auto rifle.

I like the chest armor. Suros just doesn't catch my eye personally. Not flashy enough.
