Hi, bungie, this help issue may sound like a trolling one, but please consider and check it. Yesterday i had 31 mote of light in my inventory, i went to Xur and bought exotic engram for 23 (now i have 9, i got one after it.). When i came to cryptarh and decoded it, i got nothing(no exotic, no legendary, no item at all). I am curios that it isn't the supposed mechanic to be. The description of engram was like "random class exotic item", so i thought it's 100% exotic item and of course i thought i can't got nothing at all. I'm quite sure that i got nothing new, as i checked it many times. Bungie, if u can, please check log or smth like that to verify it. I wish if u can't help me and describe the situation, at least it will prevent other players for such a loss of 23 mote of light(for me it is very much).
