Yes we are on the case! We are in deep investigations to figure out why the existing troubleshooting methods aren't working for some players. We will be updating the CATTLE/CATERPILLAR, CENTIPEDE, BEE/FLY/LION and BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD help articles with updates as we attempt to improve the experience for players.

Still need the errors I found fixed-check the under #ThornStrikeGlitch-dont worry my complaint about the thorn is not the only one but it is the only hash tag where no one else has posted. Please fix them- I waited 2 hours for xyorn to turn up but the 3rd drop ship didn't appear despite killing 300 enemies in with phogoth alone

Really bungie after I did the update I'm still getting error codes like WTF the error codes that I'm getting is lion,cattle and those other network codes you guys better fix those codes also because my network is fine 85% your servers are just getting worse after every update u better fix this soon not later because I'm loosing my patience for this game

Really bungie in still getting connection issue with your game and my connection is fine the percent of my connection is 85% the error codes that I'm getting is lion,cattle and all those other network code u better fix it because I already did the current update

Please over look my account I have not been able to obtain shards or energy from public events and daily missions and etc. for about a month I have been wait in hopes you would have released an update to fix but that hasn't happened so now I asking please look over my account I have been trying to get ahold of someone from bungie all day yesterday and so far today also but I have gotten nothing in return other than a bunch of know it alls trying to tell me I'm not playing the game right but when everyone in my fireteam is getting them and not me its pritty obvious thats it the game and not me im not idiot I am an adult who works and would like the game I payed full price for to work its really aggravating when everyone around you is getting shards and energy for public events and daily missions but not me and I'm still not getting loot other than engrams from strikes and daily mission and sometimes they won't even give me the engram for completing it ill only get what drops during gameplay

But what is with the Error Codes like mongoose and canary ? i cant even join the game since 4 days! i always get permanently kicked with the Error Code: Canary. Im playing on PSN and my internet connection is medium/good. I really hope that it will be fixed soon or someone can teach me how to fix it as fast as possible.

Gametag, suckerpunch509 Xbox1 Error code mongoose Haven't been able to find any info on this error code. Cant get into crucible cant see other players unless on their fire team. I am hard wired to router, have open nat, and have port forwarded. Any help is appreciated. I still think this is a great game despite issues.

Already did. BungieHelp replied to one of my postings. After some more troubleshooting and replying to them, I haven't heard from anything yet. I think the damage is already done for me. I guess I can use this as an excuse to sell my 360 and get an Xbox One

Im surprised you are not investigating the MONKEY error code which has prevented me from staying in a Vault of Glass game with my friends for longer than 120 seconds before i am kicked. Please resolve ASAP

It definately has something to do with Multiplayer/Fire Team modes. I don't ever get kicked if I am solo but as soon as I join a fireteam with my friend. I keep getting kicked. The voice starts getting full of static and then I know shortly after that, within seconds, I get booted from the fireteam and placed back in orbit.

I tried doing the troubleshooting that you guys suggested but still no dice. I'm still getting cattle while trying to sign in. It has been almost a week now and I can not play. I have been waiting patiently and trying multiple things. I know NTS is part of my issue but they also have no answers. Just wondering if it's going to take another week or what??
