WHY BUNGIE WHY!
You nerf the Loot Cave which everyone can understand (well almost everyone) but WHY do you lower the drop rate of engrams? It's fine the way it is. We rarely get legendaries from legendary engrams! It's a 30.5% chance of getting a legendary from a legendary engram!
