I got the Icebreaker a couple days ago and have been using it since. I recently unlocked and purchased the Icebreaker perk which is supposed to "make Icebreaker's victims spontaneously combust, dealing damage to others nearby." This sounds incredibly cool, problem is that I have yet to see any effect from this perk. I have used the weapon in both PvP and on Mars fighting Cabal and Vex since getting this perk, and I am a little disappointed to not notice any effect from it. Am I simply missing something, or is that weapon upgrade currently broken? Thanks for any help in advance!
