Nerfing Shotguns is no longer enough - reset the abusers characters
As title says,
People abusing shotguns and particularly titans in crucible are NOT unaware that they are cheating
Please reset their characters/stats/gear

Retarded. Shotgun is supposed to kill you up close. I lose to everyone at medium distance if they see me first. I do agree with nerfing AR. AR beats all other rifles easily making scout and pulse unusable.

I honestly don't see a problem with shotguns. Given I cannot range like most against me do but still, it's also the AR that suffers too. It loses to scout rifles already and now will be near useless except in shotgun ranges.

How are shotguns OP? They are a 1-shot kill... at literally 2 meters. Anything after that will survive the shot, and having to reload the shotgun, it leaves you wide open. Hell, the Fusion Rifle has a longer effective range of 5-7 meters and is also a 1-shot. Hunter´s Blink Strike is way worse for that matter.

You cant just *RESET* their character for using a shotgun. I swear, I use a shotty sometimes, if my char is reset, i'd probably just trade in Destiny and buy someothing else.

Yes and can we do the same to Warlocks that spam fusion rifles and hunters that spam bladedancer and snipers and auto rifles and lets not forget those pesky hand cannon users. Blam those Blamers up

May I inquire as to how using a weapon programmed into the game from beta with an ammo cap, an effective range of (roughly) three feet, and the need to close without dying is in need of nerfing? It's a situational weapon. If you see me with my shotgun from across the map, congratulations! You just killed me.

Lmao this thread makes me laugh, although I have the vindictive or whatever it's spelt, I rather use my exotic auto rifle and I kill people with shottys often. Stop sucking at the game and learn to use your radar and you'll be good.

9 RepliesHow many of these retards we got playin this game? Sick of seeing posts like this every day. And no, I dont use shottys. I tried doing the bounty that requires using a shotgun, and I couldnt get more than 1 kill before dying. Since then, I leave that bounty alone and have learned to deal with shotgun users. Yea I still get killed by them, but I blame myself for puttin myself in that position, rather than the game itself. If you cant kill someone cuz of their weapon choice, youre the problem. Quit blaming others (devs). Same goes for people b1tchin about whichever class they feel is OP.
