Getting 60 patrol VIP hits done unlocks get mats for completeing any patrol mission as well if I remember right

Its a shimmering siver plant, if im not mistaken, you should hear a noise, when you are near one. Once you know what your looking for, u will find them all over on earth

You have to go to earth to find them, just do a patrol on earth, they look like silver trees, open loot chests as well on earth, u will get 1-3 eveytine :)
