The game is damned broken. How is it that I can download a near 10 gig file in under 30 min/have a 92-100 down and 30-40 up and lag on a 12 person game ALL THE TIME. Meanwhile BF4 with 64 runs smooth and rarely lags. Please do try to explain this.

Lag has nothing to do with the game software and everything to do with your Internet service. This game probably uses different port forwarding algorithms than battlefield, ones which you don't have setup. Therefore, you're running into lag here versus there. Not a software problem. Next question?

Ok how about this then. Port forwarding only works for CONSOLES not connecting to the net properly impairing features such as party chat or not being able to connect to friends lists etc. When you forward said ports it opens up ALL the consoles connections allowing the packets to be sent through TO THE CONSOLE properly. If game A is not lagging and game B IS lagging it is kind of obvious that it is due to shitty service of game B's servers and not the ports being blocked as if that were the issue than game A will be lagging too. This is proven that if all the ports are open on the console it should as previously mentioned open up ALL the functions of the console. Now if gladly -blam!- off and do some actual IT and tech studies before you give retarded ass "fixes" to someone that actually did do IT and programming throughout their schooling years.

Again, if your port forwarding isn't set up properly, I don't care if you have the Internet setup of the NSA, it's not gonna work. If the inbound outbound data packets can't get through your configuration, or get muddled up, you're going to get lag. It's probably a simple network issue. You rely to much on your hardware setup without stopping to think of minor nuances within you're network setup. Try again. You're a gamer who thinks you know networking because you setup a couple Lan parties. Kiddo.
