How to get exotic bounties?

Hello everyone, I notice that some people have gotten exotic bounty leads (Gold bounties with multiple parts) and I want to get one. Does anyone know how to get one of these or if they are random?

I've been told you have a chance to get one every time you hand in a bounty. So keep doing bounties and you may eventually get one.

Ultra Instinct

My advice is to do 5 vanguard bounties and turn them in all at the same time. I tried this method and got an exotic bounty. Good luck!!!
